Tanilba House (1831) prides itself on providing incredible, stunningly beautiful smaller weddings. We have three package options for couples with under 50 wedding guests, starting at $3500 for 4 people. Why Tanilba House? We understand that there are a lot of wedding venue options out there for couples which can be overwhelming. Tanilba House (c1831) is proudly and boldly different.. Our unique combination of rustic colonial charm, three acres of beautiful, whimsical gardens and an incredible setting overlooking the bay in Port Stephens makes Tanilba truly one of a kind :) We only hold c25 weddings a year so we strive to make sure every single one is as personal and perfect as it can be. There is no wedding factory approach here! We get to know our couples and personally provide outstanding support and service. Our packages have lots of inclusions that are often extra costs for couples, and they are simply great value. We also strive to be as flexible as possible so couples get the personal wedding day they have always wanted. Garden Party Wedding All Inclusive Package Priced for 30 people (Add extra guests up to 50) 3 hours 2025 $9,700 & 2026 - $9,900

Feel like royalty for the day and host an elegant , garden party wedding! Choose from a range of garden areas including our all weather conservatory. Our Garden Party wedding gives you plenty of space to spread out and mingle across our extensive and beautiful gardens. This package is designed as an elegant daytime garden wedding and is fully inclusive of all catering, drinks, styling and celebrant and is incredible value. It takes the stress out of organising a wedding and managing the day itself so you can relax and enjoy your special day! This is perfect option for a those looking for a fully organised micro wedding or elopement style wedding. Note that this package is available on all days except Spring Saturdays.

Add guests up to 50 people for $130 per adult including food and drinks package . Drinks package includes wine, beer, sparkiling wine, soft drinks, tea and coffee. We will customise the drinks selection according to your preferences. Choice of arbour, rustic bench seating for 20 guests and elegant signing table for ceremony.. Scattered seating and tables in the gardens using timber tables and rustic wooden chairs, cable reels and wine barrels.. Tables styled with a choice of elegant, fresh leaf table garlands, hessian and lace runners, vintage jars and vases - or bring your own florals for us to add . Use of our rustic bar made from 150 year old wood and tin with clawfoot bath "esky". Includes refrigeration. . Rustic dancefloor "house" and photobooth hut made from wooden slabs, iron and shingles. Intimate Dinner Wedding Package Priced for 20 guests (Add extra guests up to 50 ) 4 - 6 hours

If you are looking for a beautiful, intimate and romantic wedding ceremony, followed by your own delicious and completely private 3 course dinner, then the Chain Gang Package is a great option for you!

Additional guests up to 50 can be added for $130 per adult . Use our drinks package or BYO drinks (RSA staff charges apply). We can customise the drinks selection according to your preferences. . This package is for couples who want to a beautiful wedding and amazing photogrphy but want to keep their wedding as simple as possible.

Inclusions:

. 2 hours of venue hire from the start time of your ceremony to close of reception and bar (Option to add extra time if desired). Complimentary hour of early access for bridal party photography and /or dressing. Grazing table, sandwich platters or afternoon tea refreshments for your guest numbers . Wedding management to help plan and create a unique and memorable occasion just for you. Celebrant with all legal paperwork. Add extra guests for $60 per adult . BYO drinks (RSA staff charges apply) or drinks package of $25 per adult. . Choice of arbour, rustic bench seating for up to 20 guests and elegant signing table for ceremony..
